WE BRING SOLUTIONS TO MAJOR PROJECT PROBLEMS

Our Approach

A combination of project and business thinking

At High-Point we understand the best solutions to complex project problems require both project and business thinking, expertise and experience.

We have always recognised a fundamental challenge for project directors is the regular major surprises in site reporting, often unpredicted and uncontrolled project cost overruns and delays, and the resultant ongoing uncertainty of outturn cost and completion date forecasts.

This invariably leads to surprises for all management, inaccurate internal and external financial reporting, inappropriate business decisions, and often results in severe reputational damage.

The most successful major projects are managed as if they were large business ventures requiring the commensurate level of leadership, management and governance – we term this the ‘Project Balance Sheet Approach’.
